atau globe dunia berputar2
You’ll have to restart or power off the mac first, then when powering it back on, as soon as it starts you hold those buttons.

Do you get any errors or anything?
I'm saying may be it's good to write on the guide for Indonesian or with bad wifi connection, to update at night when less people using wifi.
Another thing is to suggest chatting using different device. Not using the one that needs to update.
